Lane, Thanks for carrying out the Hoskins Ave. inspection at such short notice. As a realtor I am always concerned that a property inspector will over react to a problem and kill the deal. I was very disappointed that the seller had tried to conceal the damaged flooring. Thanks for placing a value to the repairs and keeping things in perspective for my clients. The seller agreed to reduce his price and we have now closed the deal.

Thank you for your time and efficiency in all details concerning the inspection- It certainly has given me a lot to review before my final decision. The Photo's turned out great and with my notes taken in our walk about could identify the concerns and pluses to the property.
